1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the booking of private travel services, guided tours, and custom itineraries provided by ISLAND+94 (operating also as Island Plus 94). By requesting an itinerary, confirming a booking, or making a deposit payment, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Itinerary Quotations & Bookings

• All website quotations and proposals are indicative until formal confirmation and room availability are re-checked.
• A booking is officially confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed deposit and written confirmation from ISLAND+94.
• Every journey is 100% private, accompanied by a dedicated air-conditioned vehicle and an authorized English-speaking Driver-Guide.

3. Payments & Financial Security

We believe in complete pricing transparency (“You Pay Once. Essential Inclusions Covered”).

• Deposit payments are processed through secure bank wire transfers or verified payment links.
• This website does not solicit, capture, or store sensitive credit card credentials directly.
• Final settlement terms will be explicitly specified in your personalized booking invoice.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Standard cancellation timeline:

• 30+ Days Before Arrival: Full refund minus unavoidable third-party processing or non-refundable hotel reservation fees.
• 15–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of the total booking value.
• 7–14 Days Before Arrival: 25% refund of the total booking value.
• Less than 7 Days / No-Show: Non-refundable due to pre-committed hotel and transport logistics.

5. Travel Insurance & Liability

Comprehensive personal travel and health insurance is strongly advised for all travellers visiting Sri Lanka. While ISLAND+94 exercises the utmost professional diligence, we are not liable for external disruptions such as airline cancellations, extreme weather events, or international visa complications.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
